  We bought our Blaze King Princess stove from Roof Dancers in 2008, and it’s the best wood stove we’ve ever owned. For decades, we’ve relied on Roof Dancers to clean and maintain our stove and chimney. Everyone from Roof Dancers who has come to our house has been friendly, professional, and careful to protect our home. David, the owner, is terrific and often comes himself. Couldn’t recommend them more!

  Their customer service is SO disappointing and RUDE. When I emailed them to schedule an appointment (I'm Deaf so this is easier for me to correspond), their responses was merely only 1 word at a time, not very thorough, and such a waste of time/energy. After emailing back and forth to solidly set a day and time, which had taken more than couple of days, we finally agreed. The appointment was schedule a month prior as I have a very hectic schedule and I worked around this to make it happen. The day before the scheduled appointment, I was asked to reschedule. At a last minute notice?! With no explanation why? They made no efforts to ease my frustrations and very inconsiderate that we have to work around them when we are paying them to do the job for us?! On the day of the scheduled appointment (third time!), they made no show and there were no efforts to communicate with us. They are blacklisted!

  I scheduled an appointment to have a gas line removed in October 2020. The owner of the company came and refused to wear a mask in my home. He looked through my door, told me the pandemic was not real, and gave me a "quote" of $200 to have the line removed by looking into my house from outside. I was not told that there would be a fee of $89 for someone to simply come over and provide a quote. I did not choose to go with the company because the owner, who would do the service, would refuse to wear a mask in my home while conducting the service (because he does not believe in the pandemic). I have no idea if they would do a good job or not, but their business practices are appalling. I have now paid their "technical fee", but I would not recommend working with this company. I had my services completed by another company, where they agreed to wear masks, in my high-risk household.

  Roof Dancers technician Levi did a great job. We are renting and the house has an older dryer. Had an appliance company out and no problem with dryer, but vent was clogged. Levi was on the roof and in the laundry room and removed a lot of debris! Very scary as that is a serious fire hazard! Thank you Roof Dancers, Inc.
