    Lowe's is the go-to for all my home improvement needs. They definitely need a re-haul of their online vs. in-store inventory, how to search for inventory at all locations, and how delivery works based on inventory, and for that they get 1 star. BUT my 5 stars are all for Tim. He has been a tremendous help in what should've been an easy process buying a pot for a plant, but turned into a chaos experiment. He knows everything about the inner workings of Lowe's, was able to keep other people in the loop, and overall did an incredible job with the whole situation. Big shout out to Tim for all his help!

    Tried to give Lowe’s on 101/Chandler our business for a new dishwasher with full delivery and install. A huge purchase for us. Their manager’s awful customer service lost us as a Lowe’s customer for life. Background: we bought and paid for full delivery and install. The Sales team seemed knowledgeable. Had bought our last 5 major appliances at Lowes. Even drove an extra 15 mins to this location just for the service. After buying, Lowe’s automated delivery scheduling service sent a message that gave us the wrong date. Not close to the install date we asked for when buying an hour earlier. When I tried to fix this using their online AI agent, I wasn’t able to correct THEIR mistake. Also couldn’t request a live person to help, either. Dittos for using their awful web resource, that required a project # I wasn’t ever given. Frustrated, I then called the Chandler/101 store directly for help. Was placed on hold for 5 minutes, then was disconnected (hung up on). Then drove 15 mins back to the store to ask the Store Manger, Dawson, to help correct THEIR mistake. He was the least helpful person I’ve met at Lowe’s. He literally acted and looked like I’d just interrupted the Fortnite game he was playing in his office. He never apologized or even pretended to listen. He then had the stones to tell me to just call next time instead of coming into the store! Strike three. I cancelled the order and got a refund. Then drove five mins to Home Depot and bought the exact same dishwasher for $250 less. BTW their delivery and install was great. Will also buy our new stove there. Store Manager Dawson cost Lowe’s 100% of our future business. The funny part is he didn’t pretend to care in the least. On the positive side, Wyatt who works in appliances was kind and helpful. He got off his forklift to help track down the store manger for me. Feel sorry he has to work for such a jerk. FYI Home Depot is hiring folks who care. PS Have already provided this feedback directly to Lowe’s, so don’t bother adding the canned reply asking for more feedback. Game Over. Good luck with your faltering service and support.
