- BBBilly6 days ago1.0I must warn you...DO NOT rent from this facility. The owner outsource the operations to another company and your stuff will come out missing or stolen. Im currently dealing with a situation on after almost 10 years of storage my stored items where "sold" without proper authorization due to your laziness and unprofessional way of conducting business...I have been trying to get in touch with the owner for 6 months with no answer and no proof of paperwork on why all my items where sold...my storage emptied........You will be hearing from my lawyers very soon. I expect an explanation within 7 days. Your 3rd party has been contacted numerous times with no explanation.....Where is my personal Property!!@@@
- SHStephanie HuntMar 9, 20264.0The only reason I’m giving this four stars instead of five is because since they are outdoor units, they are not sealed enough to be protected from dust so my stuff was very dirty coming out of storage, that aside Customer Service was wonderful. The ease of paying my bill was wonderful. The security of the building was wonderful. I enjoyed my entire stay from start to finish.

I inquired about a storage unit and was taken to see the size that was available, which was the size I was thinking I needed. The price quoted seemed to fit the size of the unit. I took away a star because the premises didn't seem very secure, even though the grounds we're fenced. I looked for cameras and how many there were, I only found s couple, but that's not to say they didn't have quite a bit more. I wasn't offered any information on the security place.
