Found my product myself, eventually the other person who was supposed to be in charge of pickups waddled her way up, girl was a mess, looked like she rolled out of bed and into work and very unfriendl. She did not assist at all and i wound up paying 10% more because i just purchased the item rather then pickup my online order, which isn't fair to me the customer but it was better then dealing with the attitude of the online pickup person who clearly isn't interested in doing her job.

Drove 20 minutes then they refuse the return because it’s a mirror and mirrors are “art” which require a receipt. If there was an exception why would you not mention that on the phone? Or ask what the item was to tell us if it was returnable without a receipt? Staff needs common sense
