    Peter in electrical is always extremely helpful and informative. He takes his time to recommend certain products for my projects. Every time I go to Lowe’s he has been amazing and always happy to help. 5 stars would recommend.

    As a veteran, there’s a lot of organizations that do things for you to help you. Like discounts or special offers. But Lowe’s goes above and beyond with their veteran parking spots. This really makes us veterans feel a little extra special as we’re coming here to buy things we needthank you for going above and beyond Lowe’s!

    Brittany should be fired on the spot!!! She is the worst manager I have ever met in my life. She complicated a very simple situation and made us wait over 30 minutes and then lied to us about the Lowe’s policy. We had to pay for the same items 3 different times because she didn’t know the policy. Lowe’s, you should fire this employee immediately or at least remove them as a manager because I can guarantee you that they are costing you business. We will never be back to this Lowe’s location again. We were one of the winners of the Black Friday buckets this year and got the 20% off coupon. Brittany refused to honor the coupon today unless we paid for it using the Lowe’s credit card. It did not say this anywhere on the coupon, she was making this up. She then used up coupons that I had saved up on my Lowe’s rewards account, without my permission. Also, she was extremely rude to us. Even the other employees were apologizing to us for her behavior. This is unacceptable. On top of all of this, the manager never gave me a receipt for my purchase. Your managers should be trained on your policies and how to interact with customers. EVERYONE, I highly recommend you STOP giving Lowe’s your money. There is a Home Depot with much better customer service a block away!
