We went in to buy a few items we needed to prep for the storms, that hit this past weekend and Cain not only stopped what he was doing to help us but walked from one end of the store to the other to show us exactly where to find the items we needed. He was very pleasant and courteous and didn’t make us feel like we were bothering him (the items we were in for were all very small, in size and price) but he helped us the whole time with a smile and really seemed like he enjoyed his job (which I don’t feel like you see very often these days). I can honestly say, it’s employees like Cain that will keep me coming back to Lowe’s (vs HD, where I can never find an employee to help me)! Thanks, Cain for your help and kindness!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
