I attempted to get mirror brackets, shelf pegs, and knobs for a project. I brought in examples (items obtained directly from the project I’m working on) of what I needed. I hobbled around the store for 30 minutes trying to find what I needed. I finally asked (and showed) an employee what I needed. All he did was say they weren’t in his department, googled “shelves” and sent me to find aisles 39 and 40. Which didn’t have what I needed because it was all shelving, for cabinets and closets. L brackets and the like. Kudos to the employee for asking me if I needed help, which was then negated by the half-assed assistance provided in unsuccessfully helping me find what I needed.
I decided to look up shelf pegs online in the off chance it might tell me where they are in the store. Making double sure I have the right zip code for the store I’m in. Aisle 14/bay 18. Hobbled (because my foot is injured) on over to the other side of the store for aisle 14 bay 18. It’s knobs and handles for drawers and cabinets. No shelf pegs of any kind.
F - for the half-assed assistance. F - for the incorrect information on the website when the customer service didn’t work out.
2-stars were given solely because they were open and the AC was on.
The knobs I picked out for my project were left. I handed them to a passing employee on my way out the door.

This is a mostly clean and organized store compared to a few others I've been to. There's a new one that opened in copa and I guess this one will be the comparison. They had what I needed in paints and a new angle grinder. Here's to hoping they keep it up.
