Purchased a crescent, rolling measuring tape using a wheel and within three months it broke jamming, took it to my local Lowe’s And they refuse to exchange stating I need to call manufacturer in order for me to do an exchange on a product they offer. Then not provide customer service phone number for any alternative ended up going to competitor Home Depot across the street and re-purchasing product with them because if I have problems, they will solve it and make me pay for another tool needlessly I will not be returning Lowe’s For any future purchases and Exclusively using Home Depot for the future home tool needs. Worst experience ever if it’s a policy needs to be changed to include all products you sell

Excellent customer service by Tarah and Rebecca. So helpful and very informative. Tarah made my choice easy in purchasing garage storage shelving. Also Loews offers incentives with their credit card. They saved me a lot of money. Loews is my new favorite store. Great product and great value. Will be shopping here instead of the Home Depot
