  I've been saving up for months to finally buy my first, nice couch. Found the right couch at La-Z-Boy Chandler and purchased it for $1,500 on 10-18 and paid an extra $100 for delivery. Was told delivery would take 8 days. Received a call 4 days later (10-22) that somehow La-Z-Boy had forgot to schedule my delivery, so I would now have to wait another 7 more days for delivery (10-29.) I said I was frustrated at having to wait now 11 days from purchase for delivery, but I understood mistakes happen. Got a call today (10-26) that delivery has been delayed yet again until 11-4, which will make it 18 days from purchase. Incredibly frustrating experience, considering I spent $1,500 on the couch, $100 on delivery and another $100 on a really nice pillow. I have recently been experiencing serious medical issues and purchased this couch to help alleviate symptoms, so every delay from La-Z Boy just adds unnecessary discomfort that I could have found relief from already if I had purchased from someone else. I purchased a La-Z-Boy product, because up until now I have always believed the the standard of products to be high and the customer service excellent, but after this experience, I will never buy from La-Z-Boy again.

  $1300 collosal waste!!! Avoid at all costs!! Picked out a chair that (appeared) to be an above average option. (But average is not great... 2025...) Furniture in general has seen durability and quality flops. Few days after delivery, the chair showed it's true colors (3 day return is madness, imagine if that's how mattress returns work...) Went in store to compare after receiving, even more tragic than initially perceived... Summary of issues that have resulted in this being a regrettable decision: 1. Purchased chair with the "standard cushion", which sags caves in very quickly ($140 for a reinforced cushion = normal cushion you'd get10 years ago? ) 2. Quality of cushioning/stuffing in the back is disappointing , especially for a $1300 chair. Overheats my back quite easily (cheap synthetic material) 3. Support springs behind lower back cushion are pretty stiff (digs into my back in combination with the uneven cushioning 4. First cushion seems to be overstuffed while the 2nd is understuffed 5. In general cause heat to build up quickly (combination of inferior synthetic fabric and cushioning most likely) 6. The rocking mechanism is more spongey than the one in the store, rocks very easily 7. Leg fold out mechanism makes a concerning amount of noise when lowering, doubt the durability is half of the model in store

  I recently bought a recliner chair at this store. They had a huge selection of recliners, which made it quite challenging to decide which one to purchase. Tracy, one of the salesmen, was super helpful and showed me some options that worked for my budget and what I liked. There was no pressure and he gave me plenty of time to make a decision. I'm very happy with my purchase and I enjoyed the experience.

  The purchase of the La-Z-Boy “Brooks Recliner Loveseat W/console” was a very positive experience! From selection to delivery the process was so smooth! The associate Thomas Gonzales is the go-to guy, he is so courteous and so knowledgeable about the furniture they sell! Like I said a great experience, if the need comes again we will be heading to La-z-Boy! We love the recliner loveseat. Thanks Thomas for a job well done!
