  Shopping for new furniture is always such a task. So many styles and colors to choose from, and it can sometimes be a burden. From the minute, I walked into La-Z-Boy I was greeted by Roxanne. I told her a brief description of what I was looking for and she quickly identified a couple Of pieces of furniture for me to look at. Within 30 minutes I was out the door and very pleased with my purchase. I love the fact that I got to choose from a bunch of Fabric samples and my furniture was manufactured within a few weeks and the delivery process was great!

  Found a recliner that fit our needs. The color is far more acceptable than the usual grey, off-white or brown seen all over the showroom. I believe LazyBoy would benefit immensely from stepping up and putting some subtle color throughout their showroom. We purchased the ONLY microfiber camel color recliner in this large showroom. LazyBoy is missing out in sales by sticking with the same old dull design.

  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Stay away! They take your money on items on backorder and NEVER deliver. Reporting them AZ State Attorneys office for taking money and never delivering item's paid for. EMPLOYEES just say they don't know anything regarding status and Manager is NEVER in nor does he return calls. Just an AWEFUL experience! No wonder they are closing stores and losing business.

  I expected quality products and reliable service from La-Z-Boy, especially at this price point. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. In late September, I purchased a leather couch and recliner (in stock), along with two custom bar stools and wall art. I was told the couch and recliner would be delivered that weekend, and the stools and artwork in 4–6 weeks. After hearing nothing for months, I called at the end of December and was told my order had been sitting at the store for over a month and was “overlooked.” Even then, delivery took another two weeks. Each bar stool cost $1,000, yet neither swivels smoothly. The wall art was delivered unwrapped with chipped and scratched edges exposing white plastic underneath. I was assured it would remain in the showroom until delivery and be damage-free, which clearly was not the case. The frame looks so damaged that I can’t even hang it. The lack of urgency, accountability, and concern throughout this process was unacceptable. I’ve lost all confidence in this retailer and will not be purchasing from La-Z-Boy again. I strongly recommend proceeding with caution. On a positive note, the couch and recliner themselves are great—but the service and handling ruined the overall experience.
