I made 2 copies of the key this week, thinking maybe one style would be more compatible than the other. Neither one worked in the lock. So between last week and this week, at 2 different kiosks in different stores I have 3 copies of a key, none of which work in the lock. I won't try again.

Halfway through the fourth key cutting, it gave me an error message stating that I could try again locally, but I used all the options available so I chose to end session. Stated it would give me a refund for the uncut keys. It ignored the buy 2 get one and refunded one key and I guess the free key. Wild.
