She is understands the customer, asks great questions and takes cares of whatever you need. I also interacted with Michaela in the office and she is very kind with a smile that makes you feel good about your experience. Overall, I have used numerous storage units in various cities for work needs; ranging 6 months to several years. So I speak from all my experiences (not all at ESS), and Kristal was by far the best customer service I have had over the past 10 years. I'd use this facility again and easily offer my recommendation!
