Initially she made sure I had written down copy of my access code, in case I couldn't do it digitally. Then, a few days later I ended up having to transfer units, and she drove me around to view different units, and make sure I found one that worked which, was good thing because seeing it beforehand it was actually super helpful. While we were driving around she even stopped to pick up a customer's item they dropped off their cart in the street. Jessica is so kind, caring, and helpful, such a rare person. Thank you Jessica!
