  Called to get an estimate because we are looking at upgrading some of our pool equipment. Called and they charge a service call $125 just for estimates. So, buyer beware.

  HONEST pool company which is hard to come by. They offer to repair / replace parts before replacing entire components which is rare to see in this business amongst the bigger companies. I have never had an issue with my pool since they took over the weekly service. They are kind, transparent and very communicative! Steve is great to deal with when handling repairs, and E.J. is the best technician there is! I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

  They charge $125 to get a repair quote. I initially was told when I called that the quote charge would be credited back if I accept their quote, so I went ahead and booked an appointment for 2 days later. I then just had a feeling to email and call to confirm the quote terms. I was then told by the office manager, that they don't don't credit, so I cancelled. No big deal if it is how they make money, but it is not for me. The inconsistent message did waste 2 days without a pool pump for me in 100+ heat, so 2 stars.
