Mary is fantastic, super helpful and just so nice to chat with! I had a 10x10 for maybe a year or so. They raised it some after the initial period but nothing crazy. Thank you Mary for all your help and kindness!!

The temperature-controlled units stay consistently cool, and everything looks practically brand new — it hardly appears used because they keep it so well maintained. I’ve never had a single issue here. A special shoutout to Mary at the front desk — she is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She makes every visit easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this location!

- RSRyan SmithNov 6, 20255.0The staff, the app, technology and overall facility have all been fabulous. With that said, the pricing model is strange and ineffective. My intro price was around $30. A few months later it was raised to about $60. 6 months after that it was raised to over $90. However, the non-promo price is $60 on the website, so it seems corporate will increase rates every 6 months assuming you won’t leave. In my case, my unit is full of Christmas stuff, so I cleaned out my unit a month early and in late December, I’ll sign back up, but by their own model, it will be for $30 and I’m sure we’ll go through the same process again. It would be more advantageous for Extra Space to keep me locked in at $60 and pay perpetually, but math isn’t for everyone. I’ll restate, I think the employees and facility are perfect, that’s why there’s 5 stars. I presume others will be upset by the pricing model and I thought it deserved some awareness.
