Great design - drive into the climate controlled facility, unload using the provided carts, and take the elevator to your storage space. When you're done, you drive out the other side and you are on your way!
- MBMark BFeb 11, 20261.0Predatory extortionists. My initial experience was pleasant enough. Place is clean, staff are friendly and professional. My issue is with their Market Rate Algorithm that their local employees can’t do anything about. I prepaid for four months hoping to save some money while having to support out-of-state family medical issues. I wasn’t sure when I would be able to make it back to move my stuff out of storage so I prepaid as many months as I could spare at the time. At the end of that four months they DOUBLED my rate. Two months later they DOUBLED IT AGAIN! I had no choice but to pay. They will tell you it’s “market rate adjustments” but this is insane. Quadruple rates within less than 6 months!? If you call any storage facility in the area (including theirs) the average market rate is about the same monthly price I paid initially (the TRUE market rate). Extortion. Predatory Extortion. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I asked them to take a look, and they did! I also had no idea how these things work on the “market pricing”. They have been wonderful and we will continue to use them.
