Well the ceiling fan we bought had a few scratches on the blades so we returned it. Well the return process was a little bit of a hassle but the staff were very nice and hot what we needed. While we had the pro installing our fan, he dropped the motor and it wouldn't work. I went back to Lowe's and I stead of having another returning process go weird, they helped us replace the busted part without any hassle. I didn't catch any names but everyone was very professional and nice. Thank you Lowe's
