This store has terrible customer service and even worse managers who with no friendly service. I bought a washer and dryer set and when I got it home and attempted install the dryer had a live mouse and feces in the vent and the washer had the bottom hose eaten by mice and nest underneath. We headed back to Lowe's and spoke to the manager Matt about the situation and he pretty much blamed us and that we were lying even though we have pics. Our house is brand new and we had to call pest control just incase a mouse got out without us knowing. Basically, we will refuse any kind of service to replace washer or dryer and may have mice.We did take pictures of the washers and dryers in lowe's and they have rat feces behind them all.So if you you don't want mice or rats at your home. Do not buy from Lowe's
The customer service people and the management are not customer friendly in any way. Even though we spend over a $1000 on a washer and dryer with rats. I hope people will learn from this. Check your items that you purchase from Lowe's. If you do make sure they're not infested so you don't get sick from the biohazard that lowe's sales.

Customer service is subpar.
Went to get an insulation machine, and the insulation - 30 bags, paid the deposit. After paying we got told it's broken. Then we get told oh you can go to Maricopa to get the machine. Which we live in AZ City, so another 20-30 minutes after already driving to Casa Grande..
Then get told, actually that one in Maricopa is broken too.
They 'find one', and send us with it.
We get home, and it keeps shutting off.
So now we have lost the free rental for buying all the bags, and have no way of getting the insulation done.
They should have communicated all these issues BEFORE we paid the deposit for it.
Also a waste of buying the suite, and mask as it cannot be reused.
