I just had a horrible experience at this Lowe's The people here were so rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable so much so that I would have went to Home Depot had it not been too late for me to get there before they closed. I will never come to this store ever again. The employees here treated me so poorly following me relentlessly throughout the entire store pressuring me to make a quick selection and be gone. They were treating me as if I were about to run out the door with unpaid for merchandise or sneak something into my pocket. I get treated this way pretty often and am used to this sort of attitude towards me but this was unbelievable. They were trying to act like they were just being helpful but it was obvious that's not what it was I was probably one of the only people in the store with no shortage of employees they could have kept their eyes on me from their respectable distance but no they insisted on following me around and even joked about it to each other while they persistently stalked me through the store they kept asking me what can they help me find what do I need how much of it do I need they were just so pushy and it was so obnoxious that it was the opposite of helpful I was having to speed walk as fast as I could to get away from them and they still didn't give up I did indeed need help but sought out other employees hoping for some polite assistance but I was met with the same disrespectful attitudes from literally all the other employees in the entire store. I only needed a few simple things some sandbags some wooden planks and some garden soil I even entered the store with nothing more than my cell phone and my wallet and they treated me like I was a lowlife derelict thief trying to evade them to stuff something in my purse. I could not believe how rude these people were. They were pretending to be helpful yet they did not help me load the bags of sand onto my cart or into my car they told me to go to one aisle and then told me to go to another aisle on the complete opposite side of the store while pushing a heavy cart as fast as I can to try to get away from them I'm sure they thought that was really funny. I'm appalled at their lack of customer service skills I'm a paying customer damn it and I deserve as much respect as all of the other customers. People like that are despicable thinking that they're better than me I'm a hard-working member of society trying to get the materials I need to do a job so that I can make money to take care of my family and I think it's funny harassing me like this and making me feel so uncomfortable I almost left without the materials I need. The Lord sees you he knows your heart and he knows mine and when your day in front of him comes you will be judged upon behaviors like this. I understand that there are a lot of thieves and shoplifters and I am completely okay with being closely watched while shopping but there is a way to do it without completely harassing someone and what they were doing was 100% harassment I spend $100 here today but was treated like someone just lingering around with no intention of actually purchasing anything. You all should be ashamed of your mistreatment of others. Karma will catch up with you though

I ordered shades, windows, 4 doors and security doors and paid in full as expected 2 months ago but have not had any of the correct supplies delivered or installed yet
No one at Lowe’s Cave Creek can tell me when they expect to be done or when the proper materials will be in
No one can tell me who the district manager is
No one can tell me who is in charge of this project as a whole
I’ve spent over $45,000.00 dollars on this

Customer service is poor. Employees act like they couldn’t care less. Home Depot, True Value and Harbor Freight are way too close to deal with the nonsense from Lowe’s.

I was in Lowe’s in Cave Creek a while back shopping for doors and windows. The sales person George came to me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wrote up a sales order for me to review. I came back to Lowe’s about a week later to purchase the windows indoors and was told by a young man named Tyler, who was wearing a military vest, that George no longer worked there. So I purchased the doors and windows through Tyler. A few days later, I returned to Lowe’s with some questions and ran into George! I let George know that G.I. Joe Tyler said that he no longer worked there! I later found out that Tyler stole my sale that was supposed to be George’s sale! I was so angry because I look at the military very respectfully but not this guy! I don’t like thieves so I canceled my order. I brought my new windows at Windows depot. I would have re-purchased them from George so that he would get the sale, but I was worried that the military man would steal it again! I will no longer be shopping at Lowe’s because of dishonesty. I truly respect all military personnel, but I do not like dishonesty and now I don’t like Lowe’s. PS I did go and express my dismay with management, and they didn’t care which really made me angry. I will no longer be shopping at Lowe’s.
