Most of time there's a few headaches. Someone usually does do there job and you do it for them. Last week my wife bought a item called Flex seal. She spoke with a salesman told them we had a little leak from our plumbing from our pool. They recommended this product with is in a spray can. Unable to spray the plumbing from the bottom. Obviously it didn't work out pool people and fixed the problem. I tried to return the item with out the receipt like I have lots of times since the store opened. All I wanted a store credit like usual all retail stores do. My wife paid with her card. I only have my card. I never needed her card for store credit. Heather at the return's desk said that item could only return with a receipt. Enen though she took my phone number and she would not able receive a store credit. The item was 12.99. I will know I will by my appliances and other home improvement items elsewhere. Good Luck.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
