  We purchased a spa from Anthony at the Bullhead City store , he did a great job at explaining the whole process and what is expected. The delivery of the unit was sooner than expected and the service techs who delivered it to it's final destination, not just drop it off at the curb, tested the unit once it was filled with water to verify all things are working. Highly recommend.

  Excellent customer service. Anthony at the Bullhead City showroom was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining everything. We got a GREAT deal on our spa. Delivery was this morning and the guys were careful of our landscaping. They had it delivered, installed and filled in less than 2 hours. As well as showing us how to use it. Not our first spa but the best experience and product by far.

  I am a new Spa owner and have looked to Mohave Mist and Spa for information and assistance on a number of items. They have been most helpful. It’s refreshing that they aren’t just in business to sell you more services and “stuff.“ They are sincerely interested in helping you.
