Being sight impaired it was the most difficult store to shop in on this particular day. I'live right next to Lowes but usually have to go to the Orang colored store to complete my shopping list. The staff was helpful thank you

- MBMike BrownFeb 13, 20261.0Can’t honor their own pricing, while I was in the store, I could scan the item and a different price would come up in the app and online And conveniently, while I was on the phone with customer service trying to get the price adjusted it was completely deleted from the system. If I can’t get the items price resolved within a week, I will just return the item, And I bet it will not be in their system at all so they can have fun with that. Simply honoring their own price match guarantee could’ve avoided a lot of frustration and time for many people. The amount of time Wasted from employees cost more than the price difference

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
