A big shout out to Ian in the plumbing section and Rachel ? (I think that’s her name) for their excellent customer service !! Ian gave me specific detailed instructions on how to replace my hot water heater safety pressure valve and it worked perfectly !!! And Rachel gathered up some other things I needed to complete my diy projects.Thanks you two,you saved me a few hundred bucks today 😊

This was a different experience for me, me and my husband buy often from the local Lowes in Buckeye. Today we were in need of a security door for a project we had already scheduled for Monday. The employees were helpful but there were a couple of problems that could have been avoided if the overall satisfaction was the main goal of the company. I asked for help because I have no idea of what was the best product I needed. The first employee helped me and selected the item for me, we purchased the products and paid with a credit app. We drove home and we noticed it was not the going to fit in the door frame so immediately checked the box, the door I had purchased I requested a 36" by 80" and the box said 36" by 81". My reaction was to call the store maybe they will help, the phone was answered by a very busy employe who requested help from a supervisor and she commented there was nothing they could do except to reimburse my purchase. I came back to the store and the person who helped me over the phone said she had to reimburse the door and from there I had to go and find a new door. At this point I was okay I'll just do whatever it takes I'm already back in the store I'll get another door. Then me and another employee that tried to help encounter the supervisor and he explained to me the door was the correct size, however the reimbursement was already done and now I had to go and get another door. The problem was I had used a credit card and as you may know the money doesn't go back to the accounts sometimes in days when reimburse. It was very frustrating the company policies were so difficult for me the customer, it was also not helpful someone had mentioned me on the phone they couldn't do anything to help me when I called before returning the door. After trying to explain all the ordeal and my frustration to the supervisor me and my husband had spend hours in between the first visit and the moment I left the store without the door I went to buy in the first place. Luckily I had another credit card I used in the competition and we end up buying not only the security door but also a front door and a lock that doubled the amount of money I had spent in Lowes . And that is how the Lowes in Buckeye AZ lost a sale.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
