    I just had the second delivery of the same damaged product. The delivery dispatch offered a discount to my wife over the phone and said he’d be calling me. I missed his call and when I called back dispatch told me they couldn’t offer a discount, so they forwarded me to Lowe’s corporate customer service. That rep told me she couldn’t offer a discount or schedule a second exchange, so she transferred me to the manager at my Lowe’s store. Adam, the manager offered an $80 discount, barely the cost of delivery. I obviously turned that down, and scheduled another exchange. So now what was supposed to be a Christmas gift will be delivered, damaged again, on January 1st. I’ll probably waste another 4 hour delivery window on the 1st, only to receive a damaged product.

    1st world problems, but Hear me out: The sales floor people here are friendly and helpful... but I was looking at a countertop sample that I only need for 8 sq ft for a small 2nd bathroom remodel. Its only after you waste your time (and theirs) talking to them at a desk for a quote that they tell you you cannot purchase anything less than a full 25 foot slab of anything. No one could point out to me where on their signage that was listed, and I prefer it be there to not waste my time. I was willing to pay for a slab for the sake of it and use it in a 2nd bathroom i didnt plan on yet ...but there would have been 5 square ft left that I apparently HAD to confirm/account for where it would need to go or be installed??? Like I didnt need it- i was told I couldn't just keep the extra slice- the price includes installation, so the last 5 ft absolutely HAD to be accounted for apparently to be installed somewhere...they were asking me about my laundry room at that point. I thought this all seemed slightly unreasonable, but AdmittedlyI'ma 1st rime homeowner that is just learning this. This is based on the fact they just upcharge on using local businesses who source and install it. The TRUE minimum price/SQ FT SLAB REQUIREMENT should be disclosed when you are looking at the dang sample wall so you dont get hopes up. I think for someone in my situation you're better just going to a local countertop company and try to get a remnant or direct service.

    Ian in plumbing was great.. but others just point and say the isle.. Ian approached us and walked us to where the product was, but then took it a step further, he even saved us money almost half the cost by doing it a little different.. amazing... In reply to your reply . If that's the case then the other 5 people I asked for help and just pointed and walked away need to be addressed.. I did customer service training and I like to say more good than bad . But I had to respond . But Ian was great.. let me come teach the rest how to do it correctly .

    Horrible Horrible Horrible Update: Once again this is a Lowes Fail I called the phone number listed in the response to my review and I go into a horrible phone que of stupidity. No one picks up and thus nothing accomplished. Please just hurry up and go out of business Did I say I hate 😡Lowes? The staff is slow and lazy. Their products are over priced Their online ordering process Blowes I wish they would just go BK
