Only has self checkout. I've decided that Lowe's does not really want repeat customers. And the military discount is almost in name only. There are so many restrictions on its use. Lowe's used to be a great place to shop. Now I'm thinking anywhere but here

We went there to get a kitchen design. They said there was not a kitchen designer on duty for another 2 days & we should make an appointment and come back then. We just drove 114 miles and not going to do that.
We bought a few other things while there but they suddenly have no record of my veterans discount that I have used there for years. I was told I have to reapply.
We went directly to Home Depot designed and purchased a kitchen with appliances and used the vet discount.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
