Sure wonder if she can provide me grocery money and food stamps for my son and I? 🤔 Seeing as now she’s my husband’s employer all of a sudden? 🤔🤔 Will be calling Better Business and hopefully she will not have a job anymore. Shameful knowing there’s a job crisis and she takes hers and the ones of her customers for granted.

You have to make a whole trip in-store, to give the same information you did online. The manager is beyond rude, not helpful at all, and lacks professionalism . Finally got my dryer after 4+ days, hours outside of the time-frame of the appt they offered. Just to find out hours later heating element is bad. They sent out their delivery driver to look at it 3 days later, he literally told the assistant working with him that it “HAD” to be the heating element. Then told me that it would probably be an additional 7 days before I would actually get a working dryer. Spoke with the manager she claims he never said that. I literally was on video call with someone and they heard it as well. I also tried to inquire about my up coming payment that is supposed to be coming out tomorrow Oct. 1st…. I have dedicated TWO different days for them to make right to a paying customer. Now I have to dedicate another day for them to bring another dryer with no timeframe given other than it could be another week. I’m expecting to make a payment to a company that can’t even provide WORKING appliances in a timely manner. Worst mistake I’ve made choosing Aaron’s!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
