    Process have gone up everywhere but Lowe's seems worse than most

    Don't do project installs with Lowe's. I like this store and the staff, but all the communication for our cabinet install has been handled by a call center. The call center never seems to know what is going on with the installers or cabinet makers. It's hard to get in touch with staff at the store. There were issues with the first batch of cabinets and we had to express some replacements. The express (replacement) cabinets have taken longer to get than the initial set. We received the first batch of cabinets in December, the install started the first week of January and we still have the broken cabinets in our house and don't have all the replacements going into March. Very disappointed in Lowe's. If you love doing dishes in your bathtub, use Lowe's for your cabinet install.

    Braxton in the garden center is such a good help. he help me find what i need fast and a really respectful young man definitely coming back because of him!!!!!
