The layout of the plumbing department is rather incoherent. To repair a toilet you need to visit multiple isles, fittings are not clearly marked, and toilet flange bolts?!? Never heard of her.

today was black Friday, I went and drove 40 mins to get to this store right after they opened at 10 after 6 and I was after a 4 pack dewalt battery set on sale, first there wasn't even a place for them just a printed sign in front of other products, second a woman came and got incredibly rude with me about it when I was trying to explain i just drove all the way out because it showed they had plenty of stock when I checked online this morning... she said they had 12 and sold them already but I got there right after they opened and only saw one person with anything dewalt and he had a bogo set not this 4 pack
I've had problems at this store so many times that I'm just over it, I have zero tolerance for the poor service in this area and this lowes is the absolute worst lowes I've ever shopped... I've had issues here more than a dozen times
they have damaged a fridge i had delivered was my first bad experience and that was after taking 2 weeks to deliver and countless times employees and management at this store have gotten rude over the past 4 years
I guess customer service is a long lost memory to these folks

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
