  We shopped around with many companies for a comprehensive closet and storage solution at one of our homes. What set Tailored Living NWA apart from the competition was honestly the people who run and work at this company. The owners transitioned from the normal grind of 9-5’s and started this company. They understand the customer and do not push or sell anything you don’t need. They are in the business of solving problems and they do that very well. Wendy is phenomenally receptive to customer needs and she truly listens to understand. Our two installers, Toby and Marshall were some of the nicest and most polite (and skilled) tradesmen we’ve ever met. So pleasant to be around and it just felt like friends over and helping us with a project. To top it all off we needed to squeeze a little more shelving in our master closet and Toby designed a solution on the fly using surplus materials—this was GOLD in our overall experience. We also asked for two extra shelves for our pantry and the hand delivered them the next day. If you are looking for quality job with people who are friendly that you can trust—STOP LOOKING! This is the company you should choose…

  When we bought this house… there was one room that we knew had great potential… the master closet. Wendi and her team (Alex, Toby and Marshall) at Tailored Closet of Northwest Arkansas were so professional and brought our vision to life!

  I was so glad to find Wendi and Julia to help design my closet. They were so professional, kind, and made me feel heard. They give great advice on using your space to its maximum potential, so it will fit for you both now and in the future. They listened to my needs and were patient in designing my closet. The installers were on time, professional, and neat during the install process. Alex and Marshall knew exactly what they were doing! They even offered to install or alter shelving in the future if my needs changed.

  We worked with Jim and Wendy on a large project that included garage storage, internal cabinet storage, building of shop area and creation of an organized archery room. It was awesome. We now have a place for everything and it is easy to navigate. Jim and Wendy were easy to work with and took plenty of time to create a plan. The materials are really top quality which made us happy. They were very responsive during the buildout as well as afterwards. We would highly recommend them and Tailored Living.

  I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work on my garage floor. It makes an old dirty garage feel so much cleaner. I also appreciate Jim following through on what he said he would do. It was nice to work with a company that didn’t over promise and under deliver.
