I don't get angry easily, and have never posted a review in my life, but I would recommend you to avoid this location. DON'T get a large delivery order from them. They will not deliver on time if ever. I have been waiting over a week already and they have made multiple promises to get my supplies delivered but they still haven't come. I am in the middle of a renovation project and having to pay my contractor to go get my supplies that were supposed to be delivered because they could not get them here. They have lots of excuses for not
delivering, like no available drivers, not the right kind of truck available or they just don't know why it wasn't delivered. I believe the main reason is I live an hour away and no one wants to drive that far. They did not call me to let me they would not make it, they just never showed up. It is sad that this Lowe's location has such poor service. I have never had such poor service with Lowe's before. I had to call them any time I wanted to know anything about my order they did not communicate at alI. I will never recommend anyone get an large supply order through them again. The two associate managers were very helpful and professional but the actual manager was never available and did nothing but make empty promises. Sad that they can even run a business like this.
Update: After talking to Miguel multiple times. He and Sam were able to finally get a guy to deliver my supplies. They seem to be the few individuals at this store that care what's going on. Kudos to them for their professionalism. 👏

This location is pretty good as far as what's in stock.
But be prepared to go out to the parking lot and bring in your own material cart. Employees standing around everywhere, not a cart in the store!

Your sales floor supervisor is fantastic! I believe his name is Donald, he is just the best sale person I have ever had the privilege to do business with. I’m surprised he hasn’t become the manager on the whole dang building. He responsive, reasonable, flexible, and most of all just a great guy to talk to! He is probably the sole reason for my return! Lowe’s consider yourself lucky, you got a good one! I’ll happily continue my business through your Springdale AR location!

Truck Drivers you probably won't have the best experience delivering here. Forget about your appointment time. I made it the night before. In the morning tried to check in and was told to pull up front to unload. I untarped and waited to get unloaded after about 30 minute I went back in and then I was told to pull around back. Once in the back I still had to go find someone to find someone to unload me. The young lady who helped me did all should could get me unloaded. They only have one guy unloading. If the back of the store was organized so trucks could drive straight through that would help.
