The couch and ottoman were delivered in early November but they didn’t deliver the mattress that comes with the pullout couch. We called the store several times and kept being told “It will ship with the next truck. They come in on Fridays”. Ok cool, so we wait for 2 weeks and never get a call back. So we call again and are told the same thing. It still never comes and they never contact us. Fast forward to mid December and we were told it would be in on the 20th. It’s the 23rd and we never got a call, called them today and they deny ever having said the 20th along with more excuses about it being at the warehouse, when it should have left the warehouse and been at the store weeks ago! Because the mattress provides support for the couch, we have a couch that we can’t even use because it sinks down incredibly far and physically hurts to sit in. We have tried so hard to be kind and work with them but the amount of lies and gaslighting has gotten ridiculous.

This had led to issues with planning, moving into our new home, and getting the furniture to function as promised. The furniture works well, but I feel like we were promised impossible delivery dates so they could make a sale before we could purchase elsewhere. I do not recommend this store.
