- TTTobiasDec 30, 20255.0I walked into Denver Mattress after emotionally preparing myself to be mildly annoyed at best and actively hunted by a salesperson at worst. I immediately deployed my strongest avoidance tactics (and my grumpiest face) in hopes of being left alone. This was a terrible plan. Mattress lingo is some kind of secret code disguised as English, and I was rapidly losing the plot. I was about to turn in my man card and ask for help from the salesperson I'd practically set aflame with the strength of my glare when Andy cheerfully swooped back in with, “No pressure, but…” and offered a magical solution to help narrow down my options. From there, we zeroed in on a mattress that actually made sense for how I sleep and what my body needs. Andy explained everything in plain English, told several bad mattress jokes, and somehow made the process fun and efficient instead of overwhelming. I went back to snag more pillows as Christmas gifts, and Andy helped me pick one for each member of my family. A month later, I am sleeping better than ever and feel zero buyer’s remorse. Whatever the opposite of buyer's remorse is, is what I'm feeling. 10/10. Andy for president.
