This is the second time I have ordered custom fit shades from Budget Blinds of Northwest Arkansas. Their customer service is excellent. When I ordered my blinds over 6 months ago, I did not realize it would take so long for us to be ready for installation because we were doing additional renovations that took much longer than expected. Budget Blinds was so patient and understood it would be longer than expected before they could come back for the install, and they did not ask for final payment until install!!! They were more expensive than what you can get off the shelf at Lowe’s or Home Depot, but the customer service is absolutely excellent. The installers were professional and got it done quickly. They also offer a 5 year warranty for replacement no questions asked!! I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of NWA if you are looking for custom fit window treatments for your home!!
