I came to pickup amd order amd decided to stroll to the garden area to browse. There was a lawn 6 ft windmill, it had no tags for a price, no signs, and it was the only one they had. I asked Daniella, an employee, if should could find the price for me.
She was unable to find it in the system, so she called a manger. I jokingly said, " $25.00 and its sold!" The manager, Keith, came in and he was able to find it for me. I told him what I had said to her. To my SURPRISE...Keith said, "Well, it shows to be $106.00. I cant sell it to you for $25, but wjat about $50..SOLD!!
I have never haggle with a big retailer, but it appears you can. They were BOTH so friendly and helpful. Best shopping experience I ever had. They both knew how to take care of a customer..ROCK ON!!
