If I could give less stars I would. The employee trying to sell me a Lowe’s pro card lied to me in order to do it. Then the manager Jimmy refused to honor the resolution corporate made. Another employee snapped at me and told me bye. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and terrible customer service. BBB needs to be aware of the false advertising tactics used by this store.
