Store is dirty. Some products are too low quality and require multiple purchases so it’s not that good of a deal. Lumber is not that good. You have to really pick through it and still may not find a good piece. Examples of low quality are exterior door knobs, plumbing parts, and lumber.

The employees do not help and act like it’s a burden when they are finally tracked down and made to help find an item or just answer a simple question. I avoid the store here and will drive out of my way to a competitor, pay a little higher price and come away satisfied.
