    I went last night after work to pick up a storm door. I couldn't find a cart. I asked an employee where I may find a cart, he told me to check the 2 aisles over. I did and every cart I found had stuff sitting on them for pickup orders. Not one empty cart in the store. I saw a man carrying an door and figured I had to do the same. I let the cashier know that it's ridiculous that every cart they had in the store had orders just sitting on them and told her they need more carts. She explained they had carts but they were all in the parking lot. She said they brought them in at night before they closed. This is unacceptable. I am a 50 year old woman and I HAD TO CARRY A 50lb DOOR from the BACK of the store, all while I had a 7 month old puppy I just got, with absolutely no help what so ever. A customer offered to help me out to the truck. I managed on my own, but it would be nice if someone would bring carts in every now and then and not just at closing.

    Spoke to a horrible lady. She said I couldn't exchange a new stove because I only had 48 hours. We'll it was under 48 hours and then she changed it to you have to have bought a warranty..which i didn't. Then she made me call GE for a RA number so when I called GE they said Lowe's knows that GE doesn't give RA numbers. So she was rude and a liar and as unprofessional as could be. I called back and got a manager and was able to return the stove. But I wanted to exchange it but with the treatment I received...I just returned it and will buy elsewhere. Lowe's...please train your staff. I am a business owner and I would never treat anyone this way. She needs to be fired.

    I purchased viynl flooring from Russellville Lowe's. It was 12ft wide 29ft long. My grandsons were going to install it. I became sick and had to be hospitalized. My grandson went to pick it up while I was in hospital but realized he couldn't get it in his truck. He was going to need a trailer. The Lowe's employee did not mark on computer that it was not picked up or where he put it. Over the next few weeks I had several conversations with Lowe's employees about my flooring and status on picking up which none of them took time to post about on computer. So when I actually had a truck and trailer there to pick it up they couldn't find it. So I went and requested a refund . The first employee that spoke with my grandson decided to put it in lumber for some reason without a note about where it was. I have always experienced a problem trying to purchase things from Lowe's. No one will help you and I've experienced several employees who don't know how to help you and several who blantly don't care. I was told the employee would be talked to about how he handled the situation but I personally don't think anything will be done. Even thought it will probably be more expensive from another flooring company receiving customer service is worth paying a little more.

    The worst place to make a delivery is garbage; there's only one person unloading the trucks, and he's slower than a snail. I waited for three hours. They should improve that or hire more people to unload, since we drivers don't earn any money with the truck sitting idle.
