- EEEmOct 24, 20251.0Manager (I assume?) was incredibly rude and talked down to me in front of a line full of people because she wasn’t paying any attention to what was actually happening in her store. I already begrudgingly go to Hobby Lobby because of how terrible a company they are, but I’m definitely not going back again after I was berated! I’m well aware that managers have plenty of things to do, but she’s been manager since I was in high school and she’s ALWAYS been hateful to customers—I’d just never directly experienced it until now. Then, when I called her out on her behavior, she had the gall to defend herself, which is kind of crazy considering she was blatantly rude and in the wrong. She’s not even nice to the people who actually work for her.
