    I could not remember or find my unit number or gate code- it has been over a month... Anyway, Shawndres was WONDERFUL in helping me access our unit. She was a life saver!! Thank you so much for you support, help and kind spirit😄

    Beware! I received a bill for a 34% price increase (second in a 12 month period). When inquiring about the increase, I was told they review every 4-9 months to increase rates. I stated that while a 5-10% annual increase is understandable and justified, 34% is not. I asked for specific reasons that would justify such a large increase from one month to the next. Inquiring twice, I even asked for a supervisor, but was told to call back, I was basically told, they couldn’t answer my question. I also noticed, during one of the inquiries, I was being billed $12 extra every month for insurance. Even though I provided insurance information the day I secured the unit. Unfortunately, when paying the bill, they don’t show a breakdown, just the total due. I asked to have the $12 removed from my current bill, and was told it wasn’t possible despite it being their error. I should be refunded/credited for the entire $144 that has been paid since they failed to properly input the information we provided. Instead of providing a legitimate breakdown for the unreasonable increase, and removing the extra insurance charge on the current bill as I requested, I was also charged a late fee for waiting 24 hours for a proper solution. So I just paid $100 for a unit when I committed to paying $68.

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
