    Need to get a lot of wood. No one offered to assist. After going through about 200 boards and getting the 70 I chose I left.

    Went to get toilet repair materials. When paying I must have dropped my driver's license. When I got home no license and looked everwhere for it. Called Lowe's one hour after purchase and no license. After looking all day and resigning myself to a visit to the DMV, my wife said to try Lowe' s again. Was sent to tools by A.I. After explaining my situation to Stephen, he walked across the store to Lost And Found and to my joy found my license. Stephen went above the call of duty when he did not have to. Employees like Stephen are what make me want to shop at this store even though it is far from my home. THANK YOU STEPHEN, your kindness will not be forgotten.

    I've been a Lowe's member for years went in there today, and the customer lady she told me that my thing went over 90 days I couldn't return it so I asked for a manager and she started rolling her eyes and I was trying to talk to her and one of the other ladies Jonha came you told me to stop yelling at her when I wasn't even raising my voice I thought it was stereotyping because I'm black and next you can never had that problem before until that day very unprofessional I will be seeking a lawyer. My training my Lowe's cards go to Home Depot sad:(

    Where I go for my rehab business. Unfortunately Lowes is always a 1 hour ordeal but because of what I'm buying. It's a great start to look for your home improvement needs. The pro staff could use some more training on customer service.

    I've been putting new floor in three of our bed rooms in phases. The last time I ordered 14 boxes of flooring and had to order another box because of the broken pieces in the 14 boxes. I picked up the box today and every piece was broken. No body at lowes seemed to care the pieces were broken. Since I was ripping them I figured I could use some of what was not broke. So they gave me 19 dollars back on an 80 dollar box. I paid when I placed the order. Today they charged me 45 dollars in addition to giving me 19 dollars. Just go anywhere else to order your flooring and save yourself the headache.
