The cashier Abby was so sweet and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. We bought a Christmas tree and the stockman who brought it out (don’t remember his name but he’s blonde) was so happy and fun to be around. It is so rare to find this kind of genuine customer service. Even though it was crazy my experience was so great!

At least ten employees were restocking shelves throughout the store, reaching directly in front of me and my kids without ever saying “excuse me.” It felt like we were in the way just for shopping. To top it off, a floor sweeper nearly tripped us with a giant dust broom. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant shopping experience.

We all know that this is like the adult version of crack. I can't help that I love this place and when you see it you find something, somehow, that will fit that dark corner that you have told yourself for months that you would decorate. The staff here are friendly and often times won't hound you with unnecessary questions or the question of needing help. Generally the confused look on my face or the frantic actions of me looking like I had lost my mother poses the question from the sales associates to ask if I need help, when in reality I know my wife has my wallet and if left unsupervised will cost the wallet. So overall yes this place is awesome. I do forewarn you though before going in that it's a trap. You will find things in there you thought you never knew you wanted.
