And now every issue must be done over-the-phone with a bot or call center -- who have no clue what is going on. So if you like that, this is the place for you. **edit: I've called that number, and it takes more than 15 minutes to just get past the robo-menus. ***2nd edit: After my first edit they deleted theie response, which just said call their number (deleted within 5 mins of my edit). They are monitoring and spamming reviews. Be careful.
