Compared to Home Depot, Lowe's takes way too long to get a curbside/in-store pick-up ready! I had to cancel my order and rush to the store to gather what I needed which took less time than the amount of time I'd already waited for Lowe's to get the order ready. Home Depot will have my business from now on!! I'm very disappointed with Lowe's. Also the wait time once you check in at Lowe's is MUCH longer than the wait time at Home Depot.

Good evening, I had most awesome EXPERIENCE at Lowe’s today it an employee Stephen is was the best ever. I walking and frustrated about looking for an item and no help. He heard me speaking and stopped and asked to assist me. He taken me to the aisle and help has as he could and offer assistance if more was needed. I really hopes a MANAGER sees this because he beyond and really do appreciate him. AWESOME Customer service. It makes want to return because of Stevens attention to customers. This NLR LOCATION.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
