If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and unwilling to fix their mistakes. Spoke to 2 managers who assured me they would have some sent to correct what they messed up on. Nobody came. Will not be going back here.

Ordered a dryer online. Picked a specific model because it was the only one that showed a Saturday delivery option. Despite confirming with a human at the store and the AI assistant and the Lowe’s website throughout the day, both of whom assured me it was being delivered, it never showed up. No call from the delivery company, no nothing. Just ghosted me.
So despite calling multiple times and being told the delivery was still happening; I wasted a Saturday and it never showed up. Why does anyone still shop here?

It's said they had my part online and the store. But they didn't they didn't have anybody there to help me. I will not go back to Lowe's unless it's for a large order of lumber, or something of that nature. It's not for the average guy or a woman to walk in there. And ask or try to find a part.They just don't have the staff.All they want to.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
