I went there 5 days ago to Christmas shop not for business! I wanted to buy myself somethings for Christmas. I found what i wanted! I was going to buy myself the big craftsmans tool box that was $800 on sale and other things. I was given the sale sticker so it could be scanned. I went to the pro check like always. the guy at the register was scanning my stuff stopped and seen the sticker on my hand before i could say something about the sticker He snatched the sticker out of my hand hit my hand while doing so & told me (you aint supposed to have that) i was pissed but before i could speak my significant other went off! He made me feel like a low life thief & embarrassed me infront of my significant other & kept arguing with us. I told him call the supervisor that gave me the sticker on the walkie talkie. He asked (supervisor) & supervisor told him if was gave to me by them. (No names) needless to say he was speechless & i was pissed. I didnt buy the Christmas gift for myself still havent. I told him he was wrong for doing what he did just because im a latino with tattoos and gold chains doesnt give anyone the right to judge me like ima thief & to prove him wrong i pulled my bank bag out showed him my 40k in cash & told him i dont need to steal i work hard for my money! Well days go by & i went back to get supplies and just didnt feel right so i left and hadnt been back until yesterday! I went in to exchange left over supplies that i didnt use on one of my houses i remodeled. I had receipts for everything and told the person i just wanted to get other things for my next house im remodeling! The thing is the card i bought it with was a temp debt card so i couldnt refund it back to it & they didnt want to give me store credit so i walked out embarrassed! I should've knew it was gonna happen cause that same day i went in and left i seen my Latino friend that is a PLATINUM PRO MEMBER that was trying to exchange a $30 mop & didnt have his receipt on that account because his wife bought it and they told him no & he had to buy the new one and was left with the broke one! We looked at each other & he said do you get treated like this here!? I said yes the first time i returned a light i had a receipt! I asked the lady for store credit but she didnt care to hear me and gave me cash back!!! HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS LONG REVIEW. Now im forced to either go to a different lowes or switch back to home depot.

WHICH 52 MINS AWAY! WHY!? BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST EMPLOYEES AROUND. THEY TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT AND LOYALTY. I'ma BUSINESS OWNER that needs supplies for my BUSINESSES so i need somewhere to go. I just paid over 2 hundred dollars for a cabinet, and have spent probably around $6k over the last 6 months. Anyway got home opened the box and everything that is needed to assemble the cabinet was missing. That was the instructions, packing list, and all hardware (screws, nuts, bolts etc). Went back to the store at 9:02 pm, customers still inside and doors were locked. I understand that it was past closing, but 2 minutes. Finally some store managent came out said the exact same thing to them. I was told nothing we can do everything is locked up. Whilethe doors behind him were open and customers inside. I know if I was the manager, I would have at least tried to assist the customer. So from now on no matter the price I will take my money to Home Depot, or Ace, because they are not to big in the britches to help customers.
