- KSKamori Scott5 days ago1.0It’s one thing to sell someone a bed and on the day of delivery you find out that you’ve been lied to. I was told that the bed that I had purchased was in stock and would be delivered. On the day of delivery the delivery drivers had to inform me that the wrong parts to my bed had been loaded and that my bed could not be setup but I would receive a call from the manager. Instead of waiting on the call from Najeer I went to the store only to find out that they didn’t even have the missing part for my bed and that I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for the part or any other bed that I chose to get in the color that I wanted. Mind you I had already broken down my other bed and put it outside to be picked up by the city. My point is check and make sure you actually have all of the pieces of furniture before selling and setting up a delivery date that way your customers can decide to wait for what 6-8 weeks for delivery or just take their money elsewhere.

She answered all my questions and as far as I'm concerned I could not have had anyone to take care of me like she did! She is very sweet with a great personality and a super sales l lady I came away with a sofa and a Iove seat and a recliner! She is a keeper!!!

Do not buy from this location if you are looking for any type of customer service, you will not get any. This furniture, at this moment, is not worth what we paid for it.

The staff is professional and polite during the purchasing process however the follow up once purchasing is complete is horrible. No delivery updates…no calls regarding delivery updates and when you go in to the store afterwards the disregard is contemptuous. Sales person and the on-site manager had no problem refunding sale funds - such an odd response. Not even an attempt at trying to make things right or offer assistance. Such a shame, but obviously it’s all just about the sale…the actual receipt of product and connection to maintaining customers is of no concern to staff. Highly disappointing. P.S. Being courteous and considerate is not difficult. And it goes a long way towards retention.
