After 10 weeks came and went, we called and were told 10-12 weeks. When it finally got delivered, the ottoman was not the size we ordered. We called again and they said the person who we worked with was new and put in the wrong ottoman so if we wanted the one that we wanted to begin with, we would have to pay an extra $75 even though it was their mistake and we will now have to wait again for it to be delivered. Edit now that we have gotten the problem resolved: The manager at Furniture row reached out and resolved the situation pretty quickly so I have updated the rating to reflect.

He inspired trust in the product and himself. I’ll return to Furniture Row if I need additional furniture because of him. I will recommend him specifically to friends. Easily one of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
