The delivery people was nice and careful as they brought in the appliances, not to damage my walls or items in my home as well as bringing in my washer and dryer in very carefully. They hooked everything up and made sure both appliances were operating properly. The staff in the store was very kind and professional as I was looking for a new washer and dryer as I've dealt with Aaron's in the past. Mind you I did look around at other rent to own places but I kept being drawn back to Aaron's within myself. When I walked in Steve was professional and courteous, he helped me very well even responded to my emails & worked with me when I wanted to rescheduled my delivery date due to the ice storm warning we recently had which made me feel comfortable & welcome therefore, I know I made the right choice. Aaron's on university in Little Rock take notes on how a store should operate. Friendly customer service WILL take you a long way and if you try it believe me it'll work in your favor.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
