I was scheduled to make a payment today the manger come call at 8 this morning mind you the store don’t open till 10 ,asking when ima make a payment can I brush my teeth first didn’t even say good morning or nothing just when you gone make a payment . Calling like I’m a week late on a$13 payment that’s due today it’s still the morning time didn’t even give me time to pay.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The young lady I'm assuming is the manager because no one else knows how to do anything or knows anything of what they're selling. I actually called first a gentleman put me on hold and say someone will be with me by the time I drove there I was still on hold. which shows you the importance of customer service. I don't know who the young lady is but you might get more business if you remove her from there. Because when you appear to be knowledgeable about their products she catches an attitude. From what I observed in my whole 4 minutes there you might want to look over your books really really carefully.

Recorded phone calls, was threatened with fraud prosecution over asking for my money back. Look them up on Better Business Bureau, they have over 700 complaints and only 200 resolved. Do not rent anything to own here.

Called 3 times today and the first two times was told Amber was at lunch. I told them I had called an hour and a half ago and was told she was at lunch. Third time, I told them I need my dryer repaired or my $ back. THEN they got Amber on the phone ONLY to be put on hold for 17 minutes. I hung up and called back. I was immediately put on hold. Called back AGAIN! She finally said a repair man would be out TOMORROW. If they don't satisfy me, I'm calling 7 on your side.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
