He spent an hour, was only able to change one lock, then told us that he could not complete the job because the locks had issues. Still charged us $60. It's unfortunate, but everyone's time was wasted. NEW EDIT: The KeyMe locksmith told us there was glue in our locks and recommended we never change the locks because we would have to buy entire new doors and it would cost thousands of dollars. I reached out to another locksmith who lives here in Maumelle, AR. He came here and was able to change all 10 of our locks. He verified, as I watched, not a single lock had glue in it as the KeyMe employee claimed. The new locksmith explained that some of the locks were complex and he figures (as do I) that the KeyMe locksmith was intimidated and unconfident that he could do the job. Rather than being honest about it, he lied to us about glue being in our locks and even urged us not to seek out other locksmiths. I still believe it was wrong, especially with the new information, that we were charged $60 for an unskilled locksmith to come and lie to us about our locks. I have changed our review from a 2 star to a 1 star. The customer service line the this business responded with has also wasted our time. All they did was explain to us again, what we already stated. Their locksmith claimed the locks were tampered with, glued, and unable to be repaired. This is my fair and honest assessment of how everything went down.
