  Tammy was so very helpful with our search for living room furniture. She was knowledgeable of the different recliner pieces and advised us on selections that would meet our needs. Would definitely recommend her .

  We always buy furniture at Lazboy. We love their customer service. Faber was great, he helped us plan our new living room furniture with the on site designer, and they even build it on a screen for you! And we got a great deal. Definitely recommend their products and service!

  Absolutely amazing experience! James was so helpful and patient with us as we tried to decide among so many options - I can't say enough about him! The store is beautiful and is filled with a wide range of products in all price ranges. I don't know how James remembers all of the features for each item, but he does. He was not pushy at all and allowed us to take our time while deciding what best fit our style and comfort needs. La Z Boy products are the best - period. Our current LZB sofa and recliner are 20 years old, and still look and work like new! We were just ready to upgrade to something with the power features. Can't wait for our new items to arrive! Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and just go to LZB in Little Rock!

  The furniture is made to last. I have six pieces from here and the living room set is 15 years old and still in great shape. I like furniture for comfort, more than looks, so I love recliners. I bought two recliners recently and after getting them home realized they were not comfortable for sleeping. Donna Barkley was wonderful in helping me to make the exchange for two others that fit me better and even had a list of ones that would potentially meet my needs. James brought them out and set them up and was one of the nicest and sincerely compassionate people I've ever met. My suggestion though, is if you buy the extended warranty for leather furniture, remind your sales person to get your leather cleaning set which is part of the warranty, but was probably forgotten to be mentioned to me on one purchase.

  I bought the best recliner ever! Hopefully, it will last me forever. The best part is it adjusts to every part of my body. Then it will save to the position I like. If I lose the remote, it has a feature you can press, and it will emit a sound to locate it. It is so comfortable, I can see myself falling asleep in it! Darby was my customer contact person and was extremely glad to answer any questions I had before purchasing. He actually brought me out samples of material I could select from for my recliner. Was very pleased with him; and he explained all the answers I had for him. It all went very smooth!
