The fridge came to the house damaged. We were told the fridge would be there the following day or day after. It is now March 7th and we are still waiting! I myself have diabetic supplies that must be refrigerated. Fortunately I met one of our kind neighbors and they were nice enough to allow me to store my meds in their fridge until ours arrives. Just very disappointed w the delivery as well as care. Everyday they send a message saying the delivery will be done tha day. And for over 5 days that has been a lie!

First, they made a measurement error, and despite pointing it out, they refused to fix it. To make matters worse, the installation crew was extremely careless and caused significant damage to my walls. Unprofessional service and zero respect for my property. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
