We had to make a quick decision, and he was just so patient, and seemed to sense what we wanted even better than we did! Then when our couch arrived, we were so pleased that we called and ordered the matching loveseat! Darby is a gem, his gentle, calm demeanor and knowledge led us to choose something we’ll love for years to come!! The delivery and set up was fantastic too, the guys were so nice and polite, and went out of their way to help us by removing our old couch to the garage. Thank you to all!!

Some stores appear cluttered or are difficult to navigate by having too much stock in too small of a space. Personnel were attentive and friendly but encouraged browsing and didn't utilize pressure tactics to make a sale. Pickup process was quick and efficient.

This store has been the best experience all the way to purchasing to the prompt delivery. We didn't have to wait all day for delivery like some other name brand stores and the 2 gentlemen that delivered were very pleasant and knew exactly what they were doing. They were very professional and extremely polite. I would highly recommend to anyone to come to Little Rock, AR and get excellent service!

Antonio worked with us and was ever so helpful. He explained the pros and cons of different options of recliners to my parents and answered all their questions and when we left, they were the owners of two new custom ordered recliners. We would all definitely recommend Lay-Z-Boy furniture. Ask for Antonio, you will be glad you did!
