  We visited La-Z-Boy in Little Rock in search for a recliner. We were greeted by Alicia. She was extremely helpful to us in finding what we were looking for in a recliner. When our choice was made she called to insure it could be delivered on the next available truck going to our area. Alicia was a pleasure to work with. Jan & Lynn Oswalt

  I have been looking for two recliner chairs, and reclining loveseat, matching. I went to every furniture store in Little block and Hot Springs. I thought it would be fun. It wasn’t fun. It was Work Three pieces of furniture, same color and style. It was getting late and I was tired when we went in to LazBoy . A young man came up smiling greeting me and ask what I needed. I didn’t have much confidence because I’ve been looking for a few days. I told him my story and he said “ We have it” Sure you do. His name was Antonio . He knew his merchandise . He showed me “my” furniture. Walking through the store in different color was my furniture. He Wrote up the order the color I want and removed the console from the The loveseat It will be Delivered in a few weeks. I have a large smile on my face. Everything is perfect and I said to myself why didn’t I come here first? Thank you, Antonio

  We were shopping for a new recliner and had been everywhere in town but saved La-Z-boy for last. I'm so thankful we did. Antonio greeted us when we walked in. He showed us a few chairs to try after asking us about our needs and then left us alone. He came back and answered our questions and he could tell we liked them all of them and couldn't make up our mind. So he led us to the SUPER DUPER Recliner! Once we sat down we knew were done shopping. Antonio made the purchase quick and simple and set up delivery. We had a blast shopping with him and purchased the BEST recliner for the money. Ask for Antonio, he's a recliner Rockstar!!

  Fantatsic service! Great selection! I'll be honest, when I get a text asking me to review a place, I become far less inclined to review it because I value authenticity. That said, I am leaving a positive review for this La-Z-Boy location because it is well deserved, and I had already planned to regardless of the prompt. If you know anything about furniture shopping, overwhelm is a thing. So, having an associate who can cut through the noise and help you find what you're looking for is pretty much essential. Darby, the sales associate who helped me, knew exactly how to do this. He was an excellent communicator, patient, knowledgeable, and a super-nice person as well. This was one of five stores I had visited that day, and it was undeniably the best experience. A few things about the store: they have on-site repair services, reasonably priced local delivery, and a great selection of furniture to choose from. You can also see that there is a positive work culture, and that is worth noting. It is EXTREMELY important to support businesses that actually support their staff. (On a side note, my neighbors are looking for a new chair, and I gave them Darby's card. They instantly recognized his name because their daughter had bought a chair from him, and she had also sung his praises. So, you know that his exceptional service is not just a one-off, and I certainly hope that this company's owners/ management team take note of this.) All-in-all, I highly recommend this particular La-Z-Boy location for its great staff, service, and selection.

  My wife and I recently purchased a couch from this establishment. We were particularly drawn to one particular couch and inquired to the salesperson Alicia about customization multiple times. However, we were informed that the couch was available in only three colors. Consequently, we opted for one of the available options on the sales floor. The following weekend, our in-laws visited the store to view furniture. They also discovered a couch that they liked. Upon inquiring with the salesman, Darby, about customization, he confirmed that it was possible. He informed them that any color or fabric could be customized, and he provided them with a catalog for reference. I was somewhat disappointed that we had been misled by Alicia. I promptly contacted the manager, Nathan, who promptly addressed the issue and expressed a desire to rectify the situation. My wife returned the couch and met with Darby, who provided her with a comprehensive explanation. She subsequently ordered the customized couch that we desired. The reason for the four-star rating is primarily due to the misrepresentation by Alicia. As a cautionary note for future customers, it is important to understand that customization is available for any couch in any color or fabric. However, it is advisable to be aware that customization may incur additional costs. Nathan took immediate action to resolve the matter, and I appreciate his promptness and dedication. We anticipate receiving our customized couch in approximately ten weeks.
