    My frustration is with the level of customer service I've experienced at this store. There always seems to be plenty of employees around, yet very few are actually able to help customers. It's especially disappointing in the paint department-employees there often act like they don't even see you standing there waiting for assistance.

    I ordered a refrigerator from Lowe’s in Jonesboro on a Sunday night ! Received an E-Mail confirming Monday delivery .. did not get delivered . I had to track down my appliance, finally found that it had been sent to the Searcy store & was told by them that they only delivered 2 days a week ! They actually wanted me to come pick it up I paid for delivery and was definitely not going after it My next day delivery turned into 7 days !!! I will NEVER use Lowe’s again ! I talked to probably 6 different people and from all of those only person returned my call to help me ! So please do not expect good service from Lowe’s ! I personally will never use them again . And for all my time spend on their miss-up they e-mailed me a 25.00 gift card. 😂😂😂😂😂

    Willie was busy and he found the time to answer all the questions I had. Is by far the most helpful person at Lowe's. And he puts the customer first. I'll be returning anytime I need something.
