I ordered a washer from them on 10-30-2025 in store for delivery. They said we can get it delivered for you tomorrow. I said I have work tomorrow can we do the 7th. They said sure can. They waited until the 6th at 6 am to send the washer from another store. I have no idea where it’s coming from but nobody ever told me it would be coming from somewhere else. Long story short they waited until the last minute. I’ve been sitting at home all day long. Wasted my whole day and the washers is not coming today. Nobody called me to tell me it’s not coming. I had to call the store ten times. I finally got told it’s not coming. If the washer was sent out on a truck to be sent to the Jonesboro Lowe’s on the 6th at 6am then did they drop the washer off on the side of the road? Is it sitting in the parking lot???? NOBODY UP THERE KNOWS WHERE MY WASHER IS. 700 dollars. No answers. I don’t know when it will arrive. DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM HERE. STRAIGHT NIGHTMARE.

Absolutely terrible experience. Went outside to look for help about gardening stones on Saturday and Tiffany was probably the rudest associate I’ve ever encountered. Not only did I have to wait for her to get done on the forklift, wearing earbuds and no spotter, which I know is a big no no from my days at Lowe’s. But she was super unhelpful and completely rude. She went to go look for “help” and I never saw her again. I’ll be taking my business to Home Depot from now on.

This place is a joke! As a veteran, I love using my discount cause it lowers the price which in turn puts a little extra money back in my pockets. However, every time I ask for it, EVERY cashier acts like they have to go out of their way to enter the information AND I usually get an eye roll or a big sigh from them. Furthermore, we applied for a Lowe’s card, which we got approved for a $2k credit limit. Then a few months later, they decreased it to $200, then a couple months later, decreased it to $180. Then two weeks ago we got an email saying they are canceling our card cause we haven’t used it. First of all, if your prices weren’t so damn high or had what we were looking for, we would have used it more. Apparently they don’t respect Veterans, in fact they use to have several parking spaces for Veterans. Now there’s only four (two on one isle and two on the other isle). If this is how customers and veterans are going to be treated, we sure as hell won’t shop here anymore and will be taking our business elsewhere to Home Depot where employees ACTUALLY treat customers and veterans with respect and dignity!

In October 2025, I bought a refrigerator. A few weeks later the icemaker stopped dispensing ice. A few weeks later, I contacted the manufacturer who sent someone to come out and look at it. That person deemed the issue unrepairable and relayed this information to the manufacturer. The manufacturer provided a return authorization number and advised to contact Lowe’s to inquire about the return process. Monday, 12/8, I did just that. I contacted the store via phone and talked to who I understand to be the department manager, Tanner, who provided me with two options. 1. Buy a new refrigerator upfront and once they get the defective refrigerator in store, the refund can be processed or 2. Lowe’s will schedule a pickup with a third-party company. Once the refrigerator is in store, a refund can be processed. I advised Tanner that those options were not feasible for me at this time. 1. I cannot afford to purchase a new refrigerator upfront and option 2 would mean that I would have to go without a refrigerator inside of my home. He understood but said those were my only two options. I understand that a department manager may have limited authority, so I requested to talk to the store manager. I was transferred to the assistant store manager, Robin, who advised the store manager was training out of state. I told her my issue and she confirmed what Tanner had told me. She understood that I could not purchase a new refrigerator upfront and understood my issue with not having a refrigerator at all, however, she said those were my only two options. She said Lowe’s got rid of their ‘loaner’ program and there was nothing else she could do. She furthermore advised that even when scheduling a pickup, it could take a day or two before the fridge is back at their store. I advised her that me buying a refrigerator upfront up would not be financially feasible. Option 2, would have me to schedule a pickup for the fridge, waiting a day, possibly two, before it is returned to the store. Once at the store, a refund can be initiated. Returns can take days before it is refunded to the card; at that point I will be able to make another purchase. I would have to hope that the refrigerator of my choosing is on hand at the store, otherwise, I would have to wait a few days for the new refrigerator to come in. Not to mention, I may need it delivered to my home… Robin advised that, while she understood, those were the only options. I asked her if she could transfer me to the store manager. She advised that they were at an out of state training. I asked for the phone number to corporate office. Fyi, that is just a customer service number. They were caring and compassionate but ultimately advised that there was nothing they could do for me. Additionally, they advised that there should be other options for someone in my situation but it is up to the store. They suggested that I contact my nearest Lowe’s to see if they can assist. This led me to Paragould Lowe’s. I talked to the assistant store manager, Melissa. She was also caring, reassuring and compassionate. She said she would try to contact Jonesboro Lowe’s to see if they could work out something else. She did not let me know what this would be. 12/9, I received a voicemail from Melissa asking if Jonesboro Lowe’s had made contact with me. I called her back but she had already left work for the day. Today is 12/15, and I have not heard from anyone since the voicemail. I called Jonesboro Lowe’s today but was told the store manager was in a meeting. I left my name and phone number requesting a call back. That was at 10:40AM and the time is now 3:00PM. 12/19: The time is now 9:10AM. I never received a call back from anyone. I just called the store and asked for the store manager. Jeremy. He’s not available. & the assistant store manager, Sabrina, is not in. I kindly left another message to return my call. 12/23: Visited the store in person yesterday. They seem to have rectified the issue. Will update rating once everything is complete.

I've totally stopped shopping at this store. Not only do you have to go out to the parking lot to get a float or cart for lumber but Lowe's is not a good neighbor to Jonesboro. Lowe's has kept traffic blocked on the north end of the store for over a month. You do this to stop Golden Corral customers from accessing their back entrance. Home Depot is a shorter drive and if I can't cut through to shop at Lowe's after eating at Golden Corral then I just won't shop there.
