  I mostly have a pleasant experience here. But there were some rude workers stocking the shelves the last day of June. I said I was the one who called ahead to purchase the Christmas tree. I live an hour away and they told me over the phone to come on over and they would get me set up. When I got there they acted like I was ridiculous. I honestly didn’t know I was a day early for the Christmas sale. I wish they would have told me to wait over the phone. That was my only reason for going to Jonesboro that day, so I bought the tree full price and now that it is the holidays and I’m just now opening the box I am finding that they gave me the skinniest tree the had. Not what I wanted at all and certainly not worth the price I paid. Like I said, I normally love this store, but that day I feel like I was unfairly treated.

  I'll just say that, while I generally do like this store, the reason that this review is 2 stars is due to the spray paint section. You basically have to pray that the color you want is the one you picked out. All of the cans of spray paint are taped up and they don't allow you to untape them to do a small test spray like you can everywhere else that sells spray paint. And, the colors on the containers aren't a very close representation of the actual colors of the paint anyways

  Hobby Lobby is definitely one of my happy places! It’s been a long while since I’ve been here and the moment I stepped through those doors - I was transported! This place appeals to every one of my senses. From the catchy, relaxing, inspirational tunes playing overhead (it always becomes a sing-a-long with like-minded customers!) to the incredible textures that I MUST feel - and the yummy smells of candles that you can almost taste. When I retire - this is where I want to hang out. Maybe I could volunteer as a very chatty greeter for a hefty discount…. They would lose money on that deal!🤷🏼‍♀️🤣🤣❤️

  Love the store it’s self but cashier worker Heather was very rude. Closed her line whenever we got in it and then reopened it for the people behind us as we were still waiting in line very unprofessional very very rude.
