Don’t waste time going to this store! We waited our turn in line; the checker had to call manager to override an item; he couldn’t figure out how to ring the item up so he just randomly scanned an item but had to override to $2. The checker left us waiting while he went to another register and checked 3 other customers. We continued waiting while he was telling us how short handed they were. As a paying customer, we didn’t need to listen to their problems which were obvious. We left and went to customer service and requested to speak with manager. The manager was called but said it would be awhile be they could get to us…. Sounds like the problem could be the manager of the store!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
