    For a store that’s less than 2 1/2 miles away from an Air Force Base. Their support and communication is absolutely horrendous. Customer service is no better. Call and talk to anyone you get hung up on at least three times. Trying to find something in the store, they run you in circles.

    I have to give this place a shout out. Specifically Jacob in the lumber department! I came by needing a piece of plywood for a work project. Within 30 seconds of walking in, he asked me how he could help and what I was looking for. When we realized that what I needed was on a top shelf, he went through the trouble of getting a forklift, a spotter, and closing down the area for me so he could get what I needed. After doing all this, he helped me bring it out to my car and made absolutely sure (even double and triple checking) that it would be secure in my drive home. Not once during my whole visit did he show anything other than enthusiasm, politeness, and a willingness to do his job and go above and beyond while doing so!

    Not a good experience today. I honestly wasn't bothered that my short errand was extended by a mistake at the register, but while correcting the billing the employee kept making comments to the effect of "I knew these pots were overpriced but not *that* much." I was made uncomfortable. I have bought plastic plant containers from a Lowe's before that resisted ultraviolet light on my porch for several seasons, and up to that point I fully expected that the ones I bought today would earn their price with comparable reusability. I don't want pots that disintegrate into harmful microplastics after a month outside, you know? Everyone hates that. I'm just trying to do a simple task to repot my aloes, but how could I have any confidence in the quality of my new pots when the person selling them does not? In hindsight I should've just asked for the whole transaction to be refunded and left. I don't know if the new pots will work out or not yet, but I do already feel regret for having stopped by this particular location. Please remember that your customers have options and words alone can create buyer's remorse out of nothing at all. The employees were polite and the facilities were clean, though. It's not a wretched place, so I'll still give it two stars, but if the employees don't believe they're doing business in good faith then neither do I of course. Trust is so important; I felt I had to come speak on this interaction.

    I purchased a bag of concrete on 10/7/25 at 6:00 pm at the Jacksonville location, I was in a motorized shopping cart because I have a bad leg. The nice lady up front helped me and radioed to the guy in lumber to help me load the 60 pound bag into my car & informed him I have a bad leg and can't lift it, I pulled around to lumber in my car and he never showed up to my car, so I used my crutches & stumbled inside & he was just standing there when I approached him and let him know what I was there for them he got an attitude with me & told me that they don't load things that late & next time time I better come during regular business hours. His name was Marcus. He's a Very rude disrespectful individual!
