They repaired the busted pipe, got out the wet insulation in our upstairs crawlspace, used equipment to dry out everything, patched the ceiling (tape, float, mud, texture, and paint). Thanks for all the help we really appreciate it.Also 2 things I also wanted to mention is that how Detailed they were on the phone and when they showed up at the house they had all there equipment they needed with them so they didn't have to make 2 or 3 trips out and to me that means alot going forward. Plus the 2 Gentleman that came out were very professional and was very concerned about getting this problem fixed and back to order. Also used foot pads/covers on my carpets to not track dirt or anything through our house. I know I'm a sucker for the small stuff but to me it means alot within the whole picture of customer service. If we have any future needs we will definitely be calling Xtreme!! Thanks Guys.
