I am writing this review in hopes that store management will see it and take action.
I have been trying to contact the Lowe’s in Hot Springs, Arkansas for several days, and the phone continues to ring with no answer. In addition, I have been waiting for an update on a quote that has now been pending for nearly two months, despite multiple attempts to follow up.
Because I live out of town, I rely entirely on phone communication to move this project forward. The lack of response has caused unnecessary delays and made it impossible to plan next steps. This isn’t just an inconvenience it directly impacts my ability to complete work and make informed decisions.
I value Lowe’s and want to continue doing business here, but clear communication and accountability are essential. I am respectfully asking for a member of store management to contact me so this matter can be addressed.

Shelves not stocked throughout entire store, no carts in cart areas for shoppers and terrible customer service took almost an hour to get someone to unlock a case just so I could get a tool.

Worst Lowes experience I've ever had, and I shop at Lowes ALL THE TIME..
Placed an online order on 11/26 for 4 appliances - washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher. When I placed the order, I only had the option to pick up the washer, dryer and fridge, no option for delivery; and the dishwasher was only delivery, no option for pick up.
Picked up the three on 11/28, seemingly no issues there. Worked with Jamaica, and she was incredible.
Had scheduled the dishwasher to be delivered on 12/5 because I knew there was going to be someone home most of the day to assist. However, the delivery window of 4-8 pm that was assigned was too late and no one was going to be home. I called customer support and they told me there was nothing I could do to request an earlier time; either be home or reschedule. I rescheduled for 12/7 which was the next earliest date, and I canceled all our plans for that day to make sure we get the dishwasher.
I received the delivery window for 12/7 the night before, 2-6 pm. I was already upset that we had to cancel the majority of our day to wait for this dishwasher, but it needed to be done. Got a text about 10am saying that the dishwasher was out for delivery and would arrive within the scheduled window of 2-6. Okay, cool. Checked the tracker and it was showing I was 10 stops away. Looked at it again an hour later, and it showed 8 stops away. Another hour, 5 stops away. About 2pm, I looked again and it still showed 5 stops away. Around 3pm, same thing. I thought maybe the tracker was delayed and didn't think anything of it.
About 530, I received a text that said I was the next stop. The tracker showed they were about 10 minutes from me. Thirty minutes went by, and no sign of a delivery. I checked the tracker again around 630 and the order showed delayed.. I tried calling the store about 4 times, no one answered. Called customer support, and they were closed. About 730, I finally got a hold of someone at the store. She said that she had no sign of the dishwasher being delivered, and notes on the delivery said the driver was stuck in snow. Literally what snow? It was 45 degrees yesterday, and the driver went south to Arkadelphia. She said she wasn't sure but that she would call me if the dishwasher arrived back at the store. I asked if I could change my delivery to pick up and get my money back on the delivery. She said that could definitely be done.
About 9:30 last night, I received an email saying that my dishwasher delivery has been rescheduled for 12/11. I also had a voicemail from a random number saying that the delivery couldn't be completed and to call back to reschedule.
This morning, 12/8, I tried calling the store 5 times, and again, no one was answering the phone. Rings about 15 times, and hangs up. I called customer support, told her what was going on, and she said that the dishwasher was rescheduled for 12/11. I told her that I wanted to change it from delivery to pickup because I can't keep banking on someone to deliver during a window that they may or may not show up. She said she couldn't do it, but to call the store. I told her no one at the store is answering the phone.
She connected me through to the store, and it was a different automated system. After about 5 minutes of ringing, someone finally picked up. I told her what was going on and that I wanted to change my delivery to pick up. She asked someone else if they could do that, and the other person said there's a way to do that in the system. Well, apparently not. She then came back on the phone and said that she can’t change it in system, and if I want it picked up, I’ll have to come to the store and get it when I’m ready. She did mention getting my delivery fee refunded, but I'm feeling like I won't even get my dishwasher at this point.
Guess we'll see what happens when we go pick the dishwasher up. I'll say this, I'll probably never buy appliances from Lowes again, especially on delivery.

The in store experience is great! No complaints when I've went in this location. However if you order something online I.E (bathroom vanity with sink) if lowes has a 3rd party do the delivery, they almost certainly will. Be very cautious of the people that bring the item to your home! Say hypothetically they pass the gate to your driveway, then try and turn a huge rental truck around in a tight space and hit your privacy fence breaking a section. They will not only deny doing it but also accuse you of being a liar! I enjoy shopping at the Lowe's located in hot springs ar though.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Hot Springs Lowe’s today.
My family and I were on a girls’ shopping trip and our very first interaction in the store was wonderful — an employee helped us find what we needed, even taking down a Christmas display so we could purchase it. I wish we had gotten his name, because he truly went above and beyond.
Unfortunately, everything changed once we reached checkout.
Only self-checkout was open, which wasn’t a problem. The issue was the employee monitoring those registers, Mary Butler, whose behavior toward my family member was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and degrading.
My cousin attempted to use her military discount but didn’t have her ID with her. We fully understand that policy is policy — this review is NOT about the policy. What was unacceptable were the comments Mary made while speaking to her:
• “I bet you don’t even have a driver’s license.”
• “This will be the last 60 bucks you’ll get from here.”
• “You saved 60 bucks today but that’s the last day you’ll do that here.”
She continued to make belittling remarks about “60 bucks” even while checking out other customers at a different station, loud enough for others to hear. Her tone was condescending and intentionally hurtful.
My cousin — who is genuinely one of the kindest people you could ever meet — was so upset that she walked to the parking lot in tears. When our daughters went in to ask what had happened, Mary spoke to them with the same disrespect, even telling them she would “never be fired” from Lowe’s.
This was especially heartbreaking because today was the one-year anniversary of my cousin’s mother’s passing, and our girls’ day was meant to lift her spirits — instead, she left feeling humiliated.
My cousin and her husband have spent thousands at this Lowe’s over the past year. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially someone who has supported this store so heavily. At this point, it would be just as easy for them — and for us — to take our business to the Home Depot in Benton instead.
Lowe’s should take this situation seriously. You never know what someone is going through, and the way employees speak to customers matters. Based on today’s experience, Mary Butler should not be in a customer-facing role.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
