    I ordered a refrigerator from Lowe’s and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The first delivery arrived, but the refrigerator did not work at all — the compressor failed immediately upon installation. A replacement was scheduled, but the second delivery was even worse. The refrigerator arrived dented, appeared to have been dropped on the corner, and was missing the male power plug needed to even connect the unit. Since then, I have called Lowe’s four separate times trying to resolve the issue. Each attempt started with the AI assistant and was transferred through multiple representatives, yet I was never able to reach anyone who could actually help or take ownership of the problem. It has now been three weeks since I paid for a refrigerator, and I still do not have a working appliance. The lack of quality control, delivery handling, and customer support has made this a very frustrating experience. I expected significantly better service and accountability from Lowe’s.

    I will never purchase another thing from Lowe’s! I’ve been trying to reach them since early morning (it’s 3:00pm) and no one answers!!! My 800.00 appliance was supposed to be delivered and it never made it and no call today! I would like my 800.00 back!!

    I was rudely treated by a “robot” By the name of Annette at the “lack of customer service counter”. Poor Appearance (wet uncombed hair,etc) . I tried to exchange a unopened hook that I’ve had probably 100 days (I found out Lowes’s has a 90 return policy which I understand) however, after Finding out, Annette said, “it’s yours, we’re not exchanging or refunding”. A “cold and no empathy response”. Also, slow service because she was visiting with another store employee

    Feels like I got swindled. I needed a fridge for pick up, went into store at 545 pm got to talk to a girl in appliance dept. She checked what was in stock and found a fridge I could grab same day for 1099, I said ok I want that let me call my friend and get a truck here. She said thats fine but she leaves in 10 minutes so Danny or Daniel or whatever his name is in appliances would help me and I agreed. I waited in line for him for almost a literal hour along with other customers as he worked a sale with a couple and he never called for help as the line grew. When it was my turn I told him which fridge I wanted that was confirmed in store and he said it sold. Sold? I've been in line for it this entire time and confirmed I wanted it! Then he said all they had for me to pick up was a 1699 dollar fridge or id have to wait a week for delivery. Feels like he lied to me just for a bigger sale knowing I needed one same day amd wouldn't let my buy the one I had confirmed was in store already. Shady practices I refuse to recommend anyone here and will tell everyone how shady this is!

    My husband and I have almost trusted Lowes, and have purchased all our home appliances from here (2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 fridges, stove, microwave, weedeater, ect) The last time we bought a fridge (Dec 2023), we were talked into buying 5 year protection plan. It made since to me since we were on our second fridge, and thought it was a smart move. Boy was I wrong...what a joke! Our new fridge stopped cooling Dec 10th 2025, and we lost all our food. I have twin boys at home so it is important that I have a fridge in order to keep healthy food and also school lunches, snacks. I immediately submitted a claim under our protection plan, and still waiting today! This fridge is barely 2 years old and it should not be broken anyway! We have emailed, called, and also stopped by the store. Customer service is a joke. I have heard no compassion or gotten any help whatsoever. Even asked for my money back on what I paid for protection plan, and I would file a claim with our personal insurance...still nothing. I have tried to be understanding, but absolutely no communication or compassion or this period of time...I am at my wits end! If they were in my shoes, and living without a fridge for over 2 months, they would not be happy either. Who can afford to buy a fridge every 2 years?! And who can live without a fridge for months?! I am beyond disappointed, and have told all my family/friends/business owners about this horrible experience. Better believe I will NEVER shop at Lowes again! It is very clear Lowes only cares about making the sell, and does not care at all about customers.
