    Bought a washer and dryer set and had it delivered and got 2 washers then I call them 10 times now and no one answers when I call all I get is the stupid AI that thinks she knows how to help!

    This place has no checkout customer service. One employee standing in front of self checkouts playing on their phone. Few weeks ago, I went to get checked out cause the light was on. But neither of the 2 employees came over. One even looked at me and went back to talking to the other employee. So I went to contractors checkout. I guess self checkout is all Lowes knows.

    Good place with great workers that are actually willing to help. Jessie deserves a raise and the cutting saw needs a new blade. I highly recommend this place

    REVIEW UPDATE: I took the 1-800 phone number provided by the feedback from my original Review and got fantastic results. I appreciate the timely response from my post. I got in touch with an Associate and was able to set up a home delivery of a new ice maker to replace the original broken appliance. My Intake person and the Home Delivery guys were fantastic. I do not understand why it took a Google review to get a fair result but I do appreciate the ending. I got a fair result to a fair complaint. Thank you Lowe's. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased a refrigerator and ice maker at Lowe's Hot Springs. I shop there often and have had good results. The refrigerator is fine. The ice maker has not worked since the day I purchased the appliance. I have physically gone to Lowe's and had zero luck with assistance. No one knows anything about my steps to replacement or repair. I called the 1-800 phone and they suggested I get a local repair company. I am beyond frustrated. I just called the HS store for the tenth time and as usual I get the automated system to the department but no one will answer the phone. It is a roll of the dice to purchase a major appliance from them is my thoughts at this time. I hope you have better luck than I have had with this Lowe's.

    This visit was the first time in YEARS that I've had even decent service. I wish I had gotten the two gentlemen's names, so I could properly thank them. These two went way above and beyond to help me get what I needed, which required them having to find a forklift and get a pallet down from two aisles over from where the product should have been stocked. I wish I could say the same about my visit today (2 days later), but no less than five employees walked past me without so much as a simple "hello." Thankfully, I didn't need help with my well over $100 purchase.
