They also said I’d get a free key if I bought 2. I didn’t get a free key I got 3 keys and only needed 2. I will be going to a live person to get my keys made.

For 4.99 per key that service should be Included. You probably pay 30 cents per key since you buy in bulk. Taking advantage of conumers for self service is pure greed. I think I will open key Maki g business and undercut your prices and put you out of business.
